The 2009 Norma Minch Andrisek Leadership Conference involves a standard curriculum for all participants with a focus on Leading Conversations for Change. Participants will be split into groups of about 50 members each called Conversation Circles and will be lead by either two Delta Zeta alumnae or Interfraternal friends.
Learning outcomes —
1. Participants will learn a basic concept of leadership.
2. Participants will explore their leadership journey and how they have become the leaders they are today.
3. Participants will learn how to utilize the Delta Zeta Ritual as leaders.
4. Participants will experience how leaders in Delta Zeta have changed the world.
5. Participants will learn how to engage in conversations to create change.
6. Participants will commit to bringing change back to their worlds.
